Dima spent her formative years as a Hoosier attending 2nd-12th grades and later earning a Chemistry degree from Hanover College where she now proudly serves as a member of the board of trustees. As a serial entrepreneur, she has built many technology businesses over the course of her career. Today she champions a new venture as CEO and founder of VisMed-3D, a biomedical design and consulting firm that has emerged as the leader for 3D biomedical visualization and printing in personalized medicine. As an adjunct faculty member teaching entrepreneurship, an Entrepreneur-in-Residence and in-demand speaker, she exemplifies her commitment to giving back and paying it forward. She was named to the Chicago Tribune's BlueSky Vault Top 100 Entrepreneurs in Chicago among other prized recognitions. Prior to start-ups, she held numerous positions at NutraSweet in International Marketing, New Business Ventures and M&A. As the Tech and Innovation Lead for the American Medical Women's Association (AMWA) drives to refactor sex and gender biases in technology and healthcare with AMWAxCel.com. In addition, she serves on the board of mHUB, Ms. Tech Executive Council, as President of the Chicago Chapter of Women in Bio and as a White House Fellow for the LGBT Tech and Innovation Summit. Dima holds her MBA from Texas A&M's May's School of Business with a concentration in Finance.
